THE LORD’S SUPPER (COMMUNION)
Communion proclaims both unity in the church (Christ’s body) in the bread, and purity through forgiveness of sins in the cup. A right understand of the Lord’s Supper includes the whole church and not just the individual.

Issues of conscience are areas that are biblically allowed but may lead to sin in yourself or others. Paul answers with truth (biblically accurate) and love (putting others before yourself).

PURITY IN CHRIST FOR KINGDOM WORK
Scripture calls the church to purity in Christ (or “holiness”). Holiness is not perfection, it is being “set apart” for Kingdom work. We are called to holiness.
