Come join us for a 4-week self-defense course that will enable you to increase your awareness and learn some basics on how to defend yourself from an unwanted attacker.
These classes will be held at Generations Church on September 9, 16, 23, and 30. The cost is $15.00 per class for a total of $60.00. Tickets must be purchased in advance here. Please prepare yourself by wearing comfortable loose-fitting clothes for each class.
